Thanks so much for the mention and for the Comment on the Blizz Blog!

I love saying that, "Negative isnt always 'Bad' when it comes to online reviews!"  I think if they're looked upon as an opportunity rather than a "problem" the industry as a whole will benefit.  Pristine reviews are even more suspicious to most at the shopper level than reviews with some good and not-so-good things mixed in!</description>
